Non-metallic Coating Thickness

Purposes:

Non-metallic corrosion-resistant protective layer covering on the metal parts and equipment is one of the important means of metal anticorrosion. Aims at the metal/environment interface being replaced by metal/nonmetal layers/environment interface, using nonmetallic material corrosion resistance, impermeability protect the metal from environmental corrosion inhibition, so extending its service life.

Applications:

According to the characteristic of metal parts and equipment, the different corrosion environment, it can cover different types, different thickness of the corrosion resisting non-metallic protective layer, and make the metal surface to get good protection. Such a method has a good protective effect, wide applicability, the use of flexible, convenient and simple construction, which is widely used in various industries metal corrosion protection components, such as cars, bicycles, machinery manufacturing and other fields.

Sampling→Cleaning→Inlaying→Grinding→Polishing→Etching(if necessary)→Vacuum coating(if necessary)→Observeing
