Defect Analysis

Introduction：

3D X-ray tomography(CT) use the technology of computer tomography, showing the internal structure, composition, material and defect of detected object clearly, accurately and intuitively in the form of 2D sectional images or three-dimensional images.

Purpose:

Determine the type, location, and size of the defects that may exist within the product.

Application range:

Plastic, ceramic and other composite materials, as well as magnesium, aluminum and steel raw materials parts and adhesives, etc.

Test procedure:

Confirm sample type/material → Put to the measuring device → Fast scan → Overall image perspective, arbitrary surface profile → Defect analysis
